Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every coaching service, programme and purchase made through alignedbydori.com. By booking, paying or using the website, you agree to them.

1. WHO WE ARE

The services are provided by Dora Bozso / Aligned Coaching by Dori,

c/o ExpertFid & Audit SA

“You” or “the Client” means anyone who books a consultation, buys a service or uses this website.

2. ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES

You must be at least 18 years old to book services.

These terms form the contract between you and me, together with any written package confirmation I send you.

If a package confirmation and these terms differ, the package confirmation applies.

I may update these terms. The version on the website at the time you book applies to your booking.

3. SERVICES

I offer fitness and nutrition coaching, including:

1:1 online coaching (training plans, nutrition guidance, check-ins).

In-person personal training sessions in Zürich.

Combined packages of online coaching and in-person training.

The scope, duration and price of each package are agreed on a consultation call and confirmed to you in writing before you pay.

4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Your booking is confirmed once I receive payment [or the first instalment].

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) [incl./excl. VAT].

Payment methods: TWINT / bank transfer / credit card / KLARNA.

Packages are paid in full in advance / in monthly instalments due on the same date each month.

If a payment is more than 7 days late, I may pause the service until it is paid.

5. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS

In-person sessions: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session. Later cancellations or no-shows count as a completed session.

Lateness: If you arrive late, the session still ends at the scheduled time.

Unused sessions: Sessions in a package must be used within the package period plus 2 weeks. Unused sessions expire without refund, unless I cancelled them.

Ending your coaching early: You can end the coaching relationship at any time by writing to me. You pay for services provided up to that date. For prepaid packages no refund will be provided.

Cancellations by me: If I cancel a session, we reschedule it or I refund it in full.

Pausing: In case of illness, injury or pregnancy, we can pause your package for up to 8 weeks. Please tell me as soon as possible.

Digital products: Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded, unless it is faulty.

6. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

I am a fitness and nutrition coach, not a doctor, dietitian or psychologist. My services are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Before starting, check with your doctor if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant or postpartum, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating.

If you feel pain, dizziness or unwell during training, stop immediately and tell me.

Results depend on many factors, including your consistency, health and lifestyle. I do not guarantee specific results.

7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete the health questionnaire honestly and tell me about any changes to your health.

Follow the plan within your own limits and use equipment safely.

Treat me and other members of my groups with respect.

8. LIABILITY

You take part in training at your own risk.

I am liable for damage I cause intentionally or through gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, any further liability is excluded.

I am not liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete health information you gave me, or by not following my instructions.

I am not liable for theft or loss of personal belongings during sessions.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All plans, guides, videos, recipes and other materials I provide are my property and for your personal use only. You may not share, copy, resell or publish them without my written permission.

10. ONLINE GROUPS AND COMMUNICATION

Coaching communication runs via WhatsApp or email]. I reply within 48 hours on working days.

What members share in my groups stays in the group. Do not screenshot or share other members’ posts.

I may remove anyone from a group for disrespectful or harmful behaviour, without refund of free services.

11. PRIVACY

I handle your personal and health data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Details are in my Privacy Policy.

12. PHOTOS AND TESTIMONIALS

I only use your photos, progress pictures or feedback in my marketing with your written consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue in your place of residence.

If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in force.
